Simple and delicious Vanilla Ice Cream easy to make
Recipe for Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
(1) Vanilla Essence- 1 teaspoon
(2) Corn Flour- 1 tablespoon
(3) Sugar- 4 tablespoons
(4) Milk- 2 cups
(5) Cream-1 cup
Method
(1) In a bowl, add corn flour and 1 cup milk and mix them nicely, then in a pan boil the remaining milk and then add sugar and corn flour mixture and simmer for 5 minutes and keep aside for cooling.
(2) Then add vanilla essence and fresh cream into it and mix it well and then put in blender and blend for few minutes till gets soft.
(3) Then refrigerate it for few hours till gets firm.
Vanilla Ice Cream is ready to be served! Enjoy eating!
