Fish Cutlet



Recipe for Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

(1) Boneless fish- 200 grams
(2) Onion- 3
(3) Potatoes-3
(4) Garlic flakes- 5
(5) Ginger- 2 inches
(6) Pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
(7) Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
(8) Eggs- 3
(9) Bread crumbs- ½ cup
(10) Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
(11) Oil for frying
(12) Salt to taste

Method

(1) Boil the fish flesh with a little salt and keep it aside.

(2) Boil the potatoes and mash them.

(3) Finely chop the green chillies, ginger, garlic and onion and keep it aside.

(4) Now take a pan and pour 2 tablespoons oil and bring to heat.

(5) When the oil is very hot add the onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté till the onions are golden brown.

(6) Now add the boiled fish and cook till all the water evaporates and it becomes a dry mixture.

(7) Sprinkle the pepper powder and garam masala. Mix well and then add the mashed potatoes and cook till an aroma begins to rise.

(8) Turn of the flame and add the coriander leaves and salt to taste. Now mix it all up and make small balls of this mixture and set it aside.

(9) Take a bowl and beat the eggs. In another plate spread the powdered bread crumbs.

(10) Now take the small balls and make it a little flat like a patty and dip it in the egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs, so that each cutlet is coated evenly on all sides.

(11) Heat oil for deep frying in a frying pan and then deep fry all the cutlets.

Poodles (Pasta in Noodles)


This is the combination of pasta and noodles for all the food lovers. Try this new recipe and we hope you will love it.

Recipe for Poodles

Ingredients

(1) Macaroni (boiled) - 1 small bowl (60 grams)
(2) Noodles (boiled) - 100 grams
(3) Green Chilli (chopped) - 4
(4) Onion (chopped) - 1
(5) Tomato (chopped) - 1
(6) Salt as required
(7) Coriander leaves as required
(8) Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
(9) Oil- 1/2 tablespoon
(10) Tomato sauce- 1 cup
(11) Coriander powder- ½ teaspoon

Method

(1) In a wok or pan, heat oil, add onion and chilli and sauté for a minute then add tomato, salt, chilli and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes, then add tomato sauce and mix it nicely.

(2) When its sautéed nicely, add pasta and noodles and mix it nicely or either you can only add noodles into it, cook for 5 minutes and then add boiled pasta over the top (I used the second option).

(3) Then serve it in a plate with coriander leaves garnished and add seasonings too.

Cheese Toast


Cheese on toast is a snack made by placing cheese on slices of bread and melting the cheese under a grill. It is a simple meal, popular in the European countries.

Recipe for Cheese Toast

Ingredients

(1) Grated Cheese- 1 cup
(2) Onion (chopped) - ½
(3) Chilli sauce- 3 teaspoons
(4) Butter- 3 teaspoons
(5) Bread slices- 6
(6) Salt to taste

Method

(1) Beat the butter and cheese properly. Then add onion, chilli sauce and very little salt.

(2) Place the bread slices on thoroughly greased baking tin and bake in a hot oven at 400ºF for 5 minutes.

(3) Allow it to cool. Put a little filling on top of each toast.

(4) Bake in a hot oven at 450ºF for 10 minutes.

Your Cheese toast is ready!

Penne Samosa


This is my first and unique experiment with samosa that is Penne Samosa, just awesome in taste with juicy tangy penne fillings with outer crust of samosa.

Recipe for Penne Samosa

For Covering

(1) Refined Flour- 1 cup
(2) Olive Oil- 5 tablespoons plus to deep fry
(3) Carom seeds (ajwain) - ½ teaspoons
(4) Salt to taste

For Filling

(1) Penne (boiled)- 1 cup
(2) Tomato sauce- ½ cup
(3) Onion- 1
(4) Green capsicum- ½
(5) Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
(6) Salt to taste
(7) Oil- ½ tablespoon

Method

For Covering

Mix the flour, carom seeds, salt and two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl. Add water little by little and knead into stiff dough, and keep it aside being covered.

For Filling

(1) Heat the oil in pan then add all the sliced vegetables like onion, capsicum, add salt and sauté it for few minutes till vegetables get cooked.

(2) Add boiled pasta in it and mix it well.

(3) Add Tomato Sauce, black pepper and mix it well and cook for few minutes.

Final Process

Make small balls of the dough so that you can round shape like this:

Then put little Penne filling and then laminate it into 3D triangle shape like this:

Then heat oil in karahi for deep fry the samosas in it till gets golden brown.

Pasta Pizza

This is combination of pizza and pasta and vegetarian also.

Pasta Pizza


Recipe for Vegetable Pasta Pizza

Ingredients                    

(1) Pizza Dough- 1
(2) Macaroni (boiled) -60 grams
(3) Salt to taste
(4) Tomato (chopped) - 1
(5) Onion (sliced) - 1
(6) Cheese- 1 cup
(7) Black olives- 5-6
(8) Pepper as required
(9) Chili- 4-5
(10) Paneer (diced) - 1 cup
(11) Chili Powder- 2 teaspoons
(12) Tomato Sauce- 1 cup
(13) Oil- 1 tablespoon


Method

(1) Preheat the oven to 200°C, put the dough in oven and bake for 15 minutes till gets golden and then keep it aside.

Note: I have posted how to make Pizza Dough here.

(2) Heat oil in a pan, add onion, chillies and paneer and cook it till turns golden in color. Then add tomato, black olives, salt, pepper, chilli powder and cook till tomato gets melt. Now add tomato sauce and mix well then add macaroni and cook for 5 minutes.

(3) Now put half of cheese over pizza dough and then add the mixture we cooked above and then add rest of the cheese over the mixture and then bake it in oven for few minutes so that cheese will melt and pizza holds the toppings.

Dessert Pizza

Recipe for Dessert Pizza

Ingredients                    

(1) Pizza Dough- 1
(2) Confectioner Sugar- 1 cup
(3) Apple (diced) - 1
(4) Strawberry (sliced) - 4-5 pieces
(5) Raspberry- 6 ounces
(6) Chocolate Syrup-1 cup
(7) Soft Cream Cheese-1 cup

 Method

(1) Preheat the oven to 200°C, put the dough in oven and bake for 15 minutes till gets golden.

Note: I have posted how to make Pizza Dough here.

(2) Blend cream cheese and sugar and keep aside.

(3) In a bowl, add chocolate syrup, apple, strawberries, raspberry and mix well.

(4) Spread half of cheese mixture over the dough, then add the chocolate fruit mixture over it then add the rest of the cheese mixture over the chocolate fruit mixture.

Your dessert Pizza is ready, serve immediately.

Chicken and Cheese Pizza


It is a mind blowing recipe, very delicious when it’s served very hot.

Chicken and Cheese Pizza



Recipe for Mustard sauce

Ingredients                    

(1) Pizza Dough- 1
(2) Boneless Chicken- 350 grams
(3) Salt to taste
(4) Pepper- 4 tablespoon
(5) Oil for brushing
(6) Olive Oil- 1 tablespoon
(7) Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
(8) Onions (slices) - 2 cup
(9) Red Bell Pepper- 1 cup
(10) Tomato Sauce- 1 cup
(11) Cheese (grated) – 1 cup

Method

(1) Heat Olive oil in pan and add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic and cook for few minutes, then add onions, bell pepper, and tomato sauce and cook it well and then keep it aside for cooling.

Note: I have posted how to make Pizza Dough here.

(2) Then place the dough in pizza pan or any plate with oil brushed in base, apply half cheese over the dough and then add the chicken mixture over the cheese and then add again rest of the cheese over the chicken mixture.

(3) Bake at 220°C for 15- 20 minutes until crust gets golden.

Your Yummy Chicken Cheese Pizza is ready to be served.

Homemade Pizza Dough

It takes much time to make pizza dough so its recommended to make dough few days before making any pizza.

Recipe for Pizza dough

Ingredients

(1) Dry Active Yeast- 2 teaspoons
(2) Luke Warm Water- 1 cup (temperature at 35°C)
(3) Sugar- 1 teaspoon
(4) Cold Water- ¾ cup
(5) Salt- 1 teaspoon
(6) Olive Oil- 2 tablespoon
(7) Bread Flour- 5 cups
(8) Butter/Oil for brushing

Method

(1) In a bowl, pour 1 cup of luke warm water and dissolve yeast in it and then leave it for 5 minutes.

(2) In another bowl, add cold water, olive oil, sugar, and salt and whisk nicely.

Kneading Dough

(3) Then in a large bowl add 5 cups of flour, add yeast mixture and cold water mixture into it, mix and knead it properly for 10 minutes until dough forms, leave it for 5 minutes and then again mix and knead for 5 minutes till dough gets smooth, and then turn dough into a floured surface and knead until gets smooth and elastic. (Add little flour in between to avoid stickiness).

(4) Divide the dough and keep them inside butter/oil greased sealed container for more than 24 hours. Keep it in room temperature for 2 hours before its use.

Tangy Penne Pasta

Tangy Tomato flavored pasta now easy to make at home.

Recipe for Tangy Penne Pasta

Ingredients

(1) Penne (boiled)- 1 cup
(2) Tomato sauce- ½ cup
(3) Onion- 1
(4) Green capsicum- ½
(5) French beans- ¾
(6) Carrots- 1
(7) Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
(8) Salt to taste
(9) Oil- ½ tablespoon
(10) Black olives, Herbs- Optional

Method

(1) Heat the oil in pan then add all the sliced vegetables like onion, capsicum, beans, carrots, add salt and sauté it for few minutes till vegetables get cooked.

(2) Add boiled pasta in it and mix it well.

(3) Add Tomato Sauce, black pepper and mix it well and cook for few minutes.

(4) Garnish it with herbs and fresh vegetables and serve hot.
                                                   
Your French Penne Pasta is ready.
