This is a clear soup with flavour of egg in it plus the freshness of Chives.

Egg Consommé

Recipe for Egg Soup


(1) Eggs- 2
(2) Egg yolk- 1
(3) Chicken broth- 4 cups
(4) Chopped fresh chives- 2 tablespoons
(5) Ground ginger- ¼ teaspoon
(6) Salt to taste
(7) Corn starch- 1 ½ tablespoon


(1) Reserve 3/4 cup chicken broth and for recreation in the great saucepan.

(2) Combine salt, ginger and chives with it and bring it to the rolling boil.

(3) Take small bowl, and stir together the remaining broth and Corn starch until soft, keep aside. Take another bowl, Whisk eggs and egg yolk with a fork.

(4) Drizzle eggs for the little time in boiling broth mixture and carefully in order to cook an egg immediately.

(5) Once eggs were dropped, Corn starch add mixture slowly to him, warning about intensifying until soup is desired consistency.

Your Egg Soup is ready!
