Chocolate Idli
Do you think grains+chocolate could make a great combination? Lets try it!
Recipe for Chocolate Idli
Ingredients
(1) Bhog rice- 500 grams
(2) Urad dal- 250 grams
(3) Chocolate- 100 grams
(4) Sugar- 50 grams
(5) Multi grain- 100 grams
(6) Water as required
Method
(1) Soak the rice and dal in two different bowls for 1 hour (water amount=double amount of rice/dal).
(2) Then drain them and make paste with the help of grinder and mix it together.
(3) Add chocolate chips, multi grain and sugar, mix nicely and keep aside for fermentation for at least 4 hours.
(4) Then steam the mixture in idli steamer for 8 to 10 minutes till it gets smooth.
Enjoy your Chocolate Idle!

This is a sweet dish from India, very easy to make and delicious in taste.
Recipe for Sesame Seeda Laddu
Ingredients
(1) Sesame Seeds- 50 grams
(2) Jaggery- 50 grams
Method
(1) Lightly roast sesame seeds and grind it nicely.
(2) Melt jaggery in a vessel with constant stirring, add a spoon of water to avoid sticking to vessel.
(3) Add sesame seeds, mix well and then put off from fire.
(4) Bind laddus immediately before the mixtures gets cooled.
Serve it when it gets cooled!

Chocolate Lava Cake
This is a hot chocolate cake filled with chocolate sauce inside, one of the great desserts of all the time.
Recipe for Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
(1) Flour- 3 tablespoons
(2) Egg- 3
(3) Dark Chocolate- 100 grams
(4) Butter- 5 tablespoons
(5) Sugar- 3 tablespoons
(6) Cocoa Powder- 2 teaspoons
Method
(1) Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave oven or just normally, and mix them in a bowl nicely.
(2) Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl for 5 minutes till sugar gets melted.
(3) Then add the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture and combine them nicely, then sift in flour and cocoa powder and mix them nicely.
(4) Then butter 4 ramekins, then spoon the cake mixture in them and then refrigerate it for half an hour.
(5) Preheat the oven at 400 degree F, bake it for 15-20 minutes.
Chocolate Lava Cake is ready, serve hot!
White Chocolate Mousse
Simple Chocolate Mousse yet very delicious, this recipe for all chocolate lovers.
Recipe for White Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
(1) White Chocolate (melted) - 200 grams
(2) Whipped Cream- 550 ml
(3) Gelatine leaves- 2x5
(4) Castor Sugar- 60 grams
(5) Egg- 2
(6) Vanilla Icing as required
Method
(1) In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add sugar and beat further till gets fluffy.
(2) Then soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze water from it, then melt the gelatin in heated pan.
(3) Then add white chocolate and egg mixture in the gelatin and mix nicely.
(4) Whip the cream nicely in blender and then add it in the chocolate mixture.
(5) Then divide the mixture in small chocolate bowls, add vanilla icing over it and then refrigerate it for 4 hours.
Your chocolate Mousse is ready, serve it and enjoy!

Ingredients
(1) Semolina- 120 grams
(2) Sugar- 100 grams
(3) Ghee-80 grams
(4) Cocoa powder- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
Method
(1) In a bowl, soak the semolina for 2-3 hours, keep it aside.
(2) Heat ghee in a wok, add sugar and mix nicely till it melts and caramelizes to golden colour.
(3) Drain the semolina from water and mix cocoa powder in it, then add the semolina to the ghee mixture and cook well on low heat.
(4) Cook till it gets brown colour nicely and ghee separates.
Your Chocolate halva is ready, cut into pieces and serve cold.

Sweet Martabak
One of the famous deserts
in Indonesian Cuisine made of
flour pancakes with chocolates and peanuts.

Ingredients
(1) Flour-
½ cup
(2) Yeast-
½ teaspoon
(3) Sugar- ¼ cup
(1) Salt
to taste
(2) Baking
Powder- ½ teaspoon
(3) Water- ¼ cup
(1) Egg-

powder- ¾ cup
(3) Butter- 2 tablespoons
(1) Chocolate-
¼ cup
(2) Peanuts-
¼ cup
(3) Milk
(sweet) - ¼ cup
Method
(1) In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, yeast,
egg, baking powder, water and mix nicely then add salt and mix further, then
keep it aside for 3 hours or more so that the mixture will be settled.
(2) Chop the peanuts and chocolate nicely and
keep aside.
(3) Heat a non-stick pan and apply cooking
spray and then cook the batter into 2 pancakes shape.
(4) Apply butter on the top part of the
pancakes , then add milk little by little and sprinkle chocolates and peanuts.
(5) Fold it and cut into long pieces.
Sweet Martabak is ready, serve it!
Coffee Chocolate Cream and Walnut Parfait

Recipe for Coffee White Sauce and Walnut Parfait
Ingredients
(1) Walnuts (chopped) - 100 grams
(2) Coffee powder- 1 tablespoons
(3) Cocoa powder- 1 tablespoons
(4) Fresh Cream- 1 cup
(5) White Chocolate (grated) - 2 cups
(6) Whipped Cream- 3 cups
Method
(1) Heat the pan and add 1 cup cream in it and whisk nicely, then transfer it to a bowl and add cocoa powder, coffee powder and white chocolate in it and mix nicely and then place in it fridge for 15 minutes.
(2) Take a bowl, put some ice cubes as required and then add water, then place the chocolate mix over the cubes and mix well, then add chopped walnuts and mix further.
(3) Then add whipped cream in it and mix well, then put the mixture in cups and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Serve it chill!

Ingredients
(1) Dark Chocolate (grated) - 1 cup
(2) Kaju (cashew nuts) - 1/4 cup
(3) Almonds- 1/4 cup
(4) Raisins- 1/4 cup
(5) Pistachios- 1/4 cup
Method
(1) Melt the chocolate in Microwave oven, then take out and mix it till gets smooth.
(2) Add all the above nuts and mix it well.
(3) Put the mixture into the moulds and refrigerate it.

Recipe for Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
(1) Large strawberries- 400 grams
(2) Cream cheese- 200 grams
(3) Powdered sugar- 4 tablespoons
(4) Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoons
(5) Bread Crumbs- optional
Method
(1) Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hollow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.

(2) Cream cheese- 200 grams
(3) Powdered sugar- 4 tablespoons
(4) Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoons

Strawberry Jelly (Vegetarian)

Recipe for Vegetarian Strawberry Jelly
Ingredients
(1) Agar-Agar powder-
1 tablespoon
(2) Strawberries- 500 grams
(3) Agave syrup- 5 tablespoons
(4) Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon

(4) Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon

Boiling Water- 2 cups
Method
(1) Wash the strawberries and blend them in a
food processor or mixer grinder, strain it so that the unwanted particles will
be removed, place the strawberry juice in a bowl and add agave syrup in it and
mix nicely.
(2) Boil 2 cups of water, when it comes to boil
add agar-agar powder, vanilla essence and whisk nicely until gets dissolved, then remove it from
fire and mix in strawberry mixture. (NB: Strawberry mixture should be 37
degrees C warm)
(3) Add strawberry liquid, lemon juice, cold
water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook it nicely, increase heat to
high. Bring to the boil, and then remove from heat.
(4) Now pour the mixture in jelly moulds and
keep it aside for 20 minutes to get settled then refrigerate it overnight.
Your Vegetarian Strawberry Jelly is ready to be
served!
Homemade Strawberry Jelly
Easy way to make Strawberry Jelly at home with
simple steps

Recipe for
Strawberry Jelly
Ingredients
(1) Strawberries
(chopped) - 1 kilograms
(2) Lemon
juice- ¼ cup
(3) Cold
water- 2 & 2/3 cups
(4) Castor
sugar- 1 cup
(5) Powdered Gelatin- 1 cup
(6) Boiling
water- 2/3 cup
Method
(1) Place strawberries into a glass bowl. Cover
with a sheet of baking paper. Place over a saucepan of simmering water for 45
minutes, stirring occasionally till gets soft then remove from heat.
(2) Line a sieve with muslin cloth, then place
over a bowl. Spoon strawberries into sieve, then leave for 3 to 4 hours then
remove the pulp.
(3) Add strawberry liquid, lemon juice, cold
water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook it nicely, increase heat to
high. Bring to the boil, then remove from heat.
(4) Sprinkle Gelatin over boiling water. Whisk
with a fork until dissolved. Add to strawberry mixture and mix nicely.
Pour mixture into small bowl like dishes and
cover it then refrigerate it overnight until set.
Your Strawberry Jelly is ready to be served!
Chocolate Éclairs
It is delicious dough
filled with vanilla cream and topped with
chocolate icing.
Recipe for Chocolate Éclairs
Ingredients
(1) Butter-
½ cup
(2) Water-
1 cup
(3) Flour-
1 cup
(4) Salt-
¼ teaspoon
(5) Eggs-

For Filling
(1) Milk-
2 ½ cups
(2) Vanilla
pudding mix- 140 grams
(3) Whipping
Cream- 1 cup
(4) Sugar
- ¼ cup
(5) Vanilla Essence- 1 teaspoon

Method
(1) Heat the saucepan and then add water and
butter in it, stir it nicely so that butter will melt and bring it to boil.
(2) Reduce the heat and then add salt and
flour, stir vigorously till it get combines nicely and leave the sides of pan
and forms like ball structure, remove it from fire and then add egg one by one
while mixing it nicely.
(3) With a tablespoon, make 4 inch long and 1 ½
inch wide pieces from the dough as éclairs shape and put it in greased baking
dish.
(4) Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes, then
reduce it to 300 degrees F for 20 minutes and then keep them aside for cooling.
(5) Now for filling, take a large bowl, whisk
milk and vanilla pudding mix for few minutes then keep it aside. In another bowl,
whip the cream until gets soft peaks, then add sugar and vanilla and mix nicely
and then mix it in pudding mixture and mix well.
(6) Now fill the pudding cream in the baked éclairs
shells and spread chocolate icing over it.
Chocolate Éclairs is ready to be served!
Bournville Mousse Recipe
This is the recipe for a
great and delicious mousse made by
Bournville dark rich chocolate.
Ingredients
(1) Bourneville
rich chocolate- 250 grams
(2) Fresh
Cream- 2 tablespoons
(3) Whipping
Cream- 200 grams
(4) Golden
Syrup- 1 tablespoon
Method
(1) Break in pieces the rich dark chocolate
into a bowl and then keep it in microwave for a minute so that the chocolate
will melt.
take it out the bowl and stir the chocolate so that it will get dissolved properly.

Cadbury Dairy Milk made at Home

Dairy Milk so now we are going to post
its recipe and can be easily made at
home.
Recipe for Cadbury Dairy Milk
Ingredients
(1) Drinking
Chocolate Powder- 50 grams
(2) Cocoa
Powder- 30 grams
(3) Milk
Powder- 125 grams
(4) Butter-
1 ½ teaspoons
(5) Sugar-
100 grams
Method
(1) Sieve all the three powders nicely and keep
it aside.
(2) Then in a wok, add water as required and
sugar for dissolving and when it comes to boiling add butter, cook it till
sugar syrup becomes strong.
(3) Add cocoa, milk and drinking chocolate
powder to the sugar syrup and mix nicely.
(4) Then spread the chocolate in a plate for 40
minutes, then you can cut the chocolate into your desired shapes.

Strawberry Doughnut
It’s a great confectionery dessert, and is filled with strawberry stuffing’s and they are also available
in various forms.
Recipe for Strawberry Doughnuts
Ingredients
(1) Butter-
2 tablespoons
(2) Icing
Sugar- ½ cup
(3) Flour-
2 cups
(4) Salt-
½ teaspoon
(5) Baking
Soda- ½ teaspoon
(6) Eggs-

(7) Butter
Milk- ¾ cup or as required
(8) Vanilla
Essence- 1 teaspoon
(9) Oil-
2 ½ tablespoons
(10) Strawberries
(finely chopped) - ¾ cup
For Glaze
(1) Strawberries
(finely chopped) - ½ cup
(2) Sugar
(powdered) - 3 cups
(3) Strawberry
Powder- ½ cup
Method
For Glaze
(1) In a bowl add the chopped strawberries and
half of the powdered sugar and mix nicely until gets blended and then add another
half part of powdered sugar and strawberry powder and mix it nicely to get a
desired consistency of the glaze.
(2) If the consistency gets thick then you can
add little water to make it better.
For Doughnut
(1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a
large bowl add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt ad mix it together nicely and
then keep it aside.
(2) In another bowl, whisk butter milk, vegetable
oil, eggs and vanilla together nicely until gets creamy and then add it to the
flour mixture and combine it well.
(3) Then add finely chopped strawberries and
mix it well and then put 2 tablespoon mixture or more in each well buttered doughnut pan and
bake it in the preheated oven up to 15 minutes and set it aside to get
completely cooled.

(4) Then the main step is to dip the upper half
part of the doughnuts into strawberry glaze an then refrigerate it for few
minutes or up to 5 minutes.
