Apple Pie
One of the delicious sweet dish in American Cuisine.
Recipe for Apple Pie
Ingredients
(1) Flour- 1 tablespoon
(2) Brown sugar- 1/3 cup
(3) Sugar- 1/3 cup
(4) Ground Cinnamon- 1/3 teaspoon
(5) Lemon Juice- 1 tablespoon
(6) Apple (sliced) - 7 cups
(7) Raisins- 1 cup
(8) Egg-1
(9) Recipe Pastry (for crust pie) - 1
Method
(1) Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C, and apply butter or cooking spray on pie plates.
(2) In a bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon and mix nicely, then add apples and raisins to the mixture and mix them nicely to get good coating.
(3) Spoon apple mixture in the pie crust, place second pie crust on top fillings, then glaze the top of the pie with beaten egg and add little sugar over it.
(4) Then bake the pie for 30 minutes, then let it cool for half an hour.
Your Apple Pie is ready!

Hamburger
This is the most common
and quick food in American Cuisine, loved by many people all over the world and
we guess you will also love it!
Recipe for Hamburger
Ingredients
(1) Hamburger
Buns (toasted) - 4
(2) Ground
Beef - 450 grams
(3) Cheddar
Cheese (sliced) - 6
(4) Mustard-
2 teaspoons
(5) Worcestershire
sauce- 2 teaspoons
(6) Chilli
Sauce- 2 teaspoons
(7) Onions
(chopped) – 1
(8) Lettuce
leaves as required
(9) Sliced
tomato as required
(10) Sliced
onion as required
(11) Ketchup
as required
(12) Mustard
as required
(1) In a bowl, add chopped onions, chilli
sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix nicely, then break beef into
small pieces and mix it in the sauce mixture and then shape it into 4 patties
for 4 buns as we taken.
(2) Cover the patties and grill it for 6-8
minutes at the temperature about 160 degrees C.
(3) Then place 1 slice of cheese in base bun
then put on Pattie over it, then put one more cheese slice over it, then add
lettuce leave, tomato and onion slices with mustard and tomato ketchup and then
put the top bun over it.
(4) Do the same as done above with the rest 3
hamburger buns.

Barbecued Chicken
These are grilled chicken and have a very exotic taste garnished with herbs and other vegetables.
Ingredients
(1) Red chilli (sliced) - 4
Method
(1) Grind chillies, garlic and onion to make a paste like mixture.
(2) Combine sugar, coconut cream, fish sauce, tamarind water and salt, stir continuously.
(3) Make cut 4 slashes in chicken breast, place chicken in a shallow dish, pour over spice mixture, turn to coat cover dish and keep aside for 1 hour.
(4) Place chicken on a piece of foil, grill chicken for about 4 minutes a side.
(5) Bast occasionally till cooked thoroughly.
Your Barbecued Chicken is ready!

Strawberry Doughnut
It’s a great confectionery dessert, and is filled with strawberry stuffing’s and they are also available
in various forms.
Recipe for Strawberry Doughnuts
Ingredients
(1) Butter-
2 tablespoons
(2) Icing
Sugar- ½ cup
(3) Flour-
2 cups
(4) Salt-
½ teaspoon
(5) Baking
Soda- ½ teaspoon
(6) Eggs-
2
(7) Butter
Milk- ¾ cup or as required
(8) Vanilla
Essence- 1 teaspoon
(9) Oil-
2 ½ tablespoons
(10) Strawberries
(finely chopped) - ¾ cup
For Glaze
(1) Strawberries
(finely chopped) - ½ cup
(2) Sugar
(powdered) - 3 cups
(3) Strawberry
Powder- ½ cup
Method
For Glaze
(1) In a bowl add the chopped strawberries and
half of the powdered sugar and mix nicely until gets blended and then add another
half part of powdered sugar and strawberry powder and mix it nicely to get a
desired consistency of the glaze.
(2) If the consistency gets thick then you can
add little water to make it better.
For Doughnut
(1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a
large bowl add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt ad mix it together nicely and
then keep it aside.
(2) In another bowl, whisk butter milk, vegetable
oil, eggs and vanilla together nicely until gets creamy and then add it to the
flour mixture and combine it well.
(3) Then add finely chopped strawberries and
mix it well and then put 2 tablespoon mixture or more in each well buttered doughnut pan and
bake it in the preheated oven up to 15 minutes and set it aside to get
completely cooled.

(4) Then the main step is to dip the upper half
part of the doughnuts into strawberry glaze an then refrigerate it for few
minutes or up to 5 minutes.

Mango Salsa
The word salsa entered the English
language from the Spanish salsa (sauce), which itself derives from
the Latin salsa (salty), from sal (salt). Mango salsa is a
spicy and sweet sauce made from pineapples, used as an alternate of Pineapple
salsa.
Recipe for Mango Salsa
Ingredients
(1) Mango (peeled and diced) -
1
(2) Avocado (peeled and diced) - 1
(3) Tomatoes (peeled and diced) - 1
(4) Jalapeno (diced without seeds) - 1
(5) Cilantro (chopped) - ½ cup
(6) Onion (diced) - ¼ cup
(7) Garlic clove (diced) - 1

Method
(1) In a large bowl, combine the first set of
ingredients.
(2) Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Stir
to combine.
(3) Season with salt and pepper.
Your Mango Salsa is ready! Serve with chips!
Meatloaf
This one is very easy to make, serving throughout whole
America, the meatloaf is touching hearts of everyone.

Recipe for Meatloaf
Ingredients
(1) Beef- 500 grams
(2) Onion (chopped) - 1
(3) Egg- 1
(4) Milk- 1 cup
(5) Bread Crumbs- 1/2 cup
(6) Brown Sugar- 2 tablespoons
(7) Mustard- 2 tablespoons
(8) Tomato Sauce- 1/2 cup
(9) Salt to taste
(10) Pepper as required
Method
(1) In a bowl, add the finely minced beef, egg, bread
crumbs, milk and onion and then add salt and pepper as required.
(2) Pour the mixture in the loaf pan greased with oil or
butter.

(4) Preheat the oven at 170°C and then bake the meatloaf for 1 hour.
Your Meatloaf is

GORP (Good Old Raisins and Peanuts)
This is the mixture of dry fruits and is very good for health, provide alomost more than 100 kcal with ZERO Cholestrol.
Recipe for GORP
Ingredients
(1) Almonds- 15 grams
(2) Peanuts (roasted) - 10 grams
(3) Dried Cranberries- 10 grams
(4) Dates (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
(5) Chocolate Chips- 2 teaspoons
Method
Preparartion is very easy, just combine all the above ingredients together in a small bowl and mix nicely.

Method
(1) In a
plate, place the banana slices, then place the ice cream
scoops in any way you
like to i.e. between the banana slices or side
by side.
(2) Place
chocolate syrup on vanilla ice cream and put strawberry
on strawberry ice cream
and place marshmallow cream over chocolate ice cream, then sprinkle the ice
creams with almonds nuts and cherries.

Ingredients
For Cake:
(1) Cake Mix- 15 ounce
(2) Egg Whites- 4
(3) Water- ⅔ cup

(1) Hot water- 2 teaspoons
(2) Salt- ¼ teaspoon
(3) Marshmallow cream- 2 cups
(4) Vegetable shortening- ½ cups
(5) Powdered sugar- ⅓ cup
(6) Vanilla extract- ½ teaspoon

Method
For Cake:
(1) Preheat
the oven at 180 Degree Celsius, then in a bowl beat the egg whites and set
aside. In a large bowl mix the cake mix and water and whisk in nicely for 2
minutes then add the egg whites and mix it nicely till gets blended.
(2) Put the
batter in the Cream Canoe Pans (If you don’t have Cream Canoe Pans then you can
make your own with aluminium foils as those shape). Bake the batter for 30
minutes and then remove the cake from the moulds and allow it to cool.

For Filing:
(1) In a
bowl, stir hot water and salt till gets dissolved. In another big bowl add
sugar, marshmallow cream, vegetable shortening, and vanilla extract and beat it
nicely till gets creamy and fluffy and then add salt and again mix it nicely.
(2) With the
help of tooth pick and make two holes with it and poke around to make space for
filling inside, Use a cake decorating cream bag to fill the frosting inside the
cake (don’t fill excess of cream or cake may get crack.

Cobb Salad
One of the famous and delicious salad in
America!
Recipe
for Cobb Salad
Ingredients
(1) Egg (boiled) - 3
(2) Bacon (sliced) - 5
(3) Lettuce leaves- 1 ½ cup
chopped
(4) Chicken (cooked and diced)-
2 cups
(5) Avocados (diced) - 1
(6) Tomato (chopped) - 2
(7) Cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
(8) Red Wine- ¼ cup
(9) Worcestershire Sauce- 1
teaspoon
(10) Mustard- ½ teaspoon
(11) Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
(12) Salt to taste
(13) Black pepper- ½ teaspoon
(14) Olive Oil- 1/3 cup
(15) Any Herbs
Method
(1) Cut the boiled eggs into
dices and keep aside, then in pan fry the bacon slices for 10-15 minutes and
set aside.
(2) In a large plate make a bed
of lettuce leaves, arrange the eggs, bacons, herbs, chicken, avocados,
tomatoes, cheese in any design you want.
(3) In a bowl, mix wine, Worcestershire
sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and mix nicely and then add olive oil slowly in
it, it will make a salad dressing.
(4) Pour the dressing over the
salad with any herbs you want.
Your Salad is ready, serve
immediately for great taste!
Tater Tots
Tater Tots are loved mostly by kids, crunchy outside and fluffy inside.
Recipe for Tater Tots
Ingredients
(1) Potato- 900 grams
(2) Oil- 1800 ml
(3) Salt- 2 teaspoons
(4) Potato Starch- 1 tablespoon
(5) Granulated sugar- ½ teaspoon
(6) Black Pepper as required
Method
(1) Cut the
potatoes into ½ inch cubes and wash them nicely. Heat oil in a large wok, deep
fry the potatoes until gets golden brown and then allow them to cool for few
minutes as required.
(2) Take ¼ of
the potatoes and put in it food processor and pulse them till gets roughly ¼ to
1/8th inch pieces. Do the same with rest of the potatoes.
(3) Put potato
mixture in a bowl, add salt, starch, sugar, black pepper and mix it well. Shape
the mixture into cylinder shape about ¾ inch wide and 1 inch long.
(4) Again
heat that oil and fry the tater tots and fry for 1 minutes and they in low heat
for 3-4 minutes until gets golden brown in color.
Your tater
tots is ready, serve hot with Tomato Sauce!
Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is one of the most famous dish with goodness of
fresh lime.
Recipe for Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
(1) Egg yolks- 4
(2) Graham Crackers- 10 pieces
(3) Milk- 12 ounce
(4) Lime Juice- made from at least 16 key limes
(5) Granulated Sugar- 3 tablespoons
(6) Grated Lime Zest- 3 teaspoons
(7) Melted Butter (unsalted) - 5 tablespoons
Method
(1) Preheat the oven at 300°C, zest the
limes then juice them, then in a bowl add egg yolks and lime zest and whisk
together till gets light green in color. Beat the milk and lime juice and leave
it in room temperature till gets thickened.
(2) Blend the graham crackers in blender, then in another bowl mix
graham crumbs and sugar, then add butter and mix it well.
(3) Then put this mixture in pie pans, make sure that the graham
cracker crumbs form a firm crust on bottom of the pan, bake it for 15-20
minutes until crust gets light brown in color.
(4) Then pour the lime crust on the pie and then again bake it for 15
minutes so that it sets to the pie, then keep aside for cooling and after that
refrigerate it for 4 hours.
Your Key Lime Pie is ready. Garnish it with Whipped cream and enjoy it!
Caramel Popcorn
Most of them
had tried normal popcorn or spicy or cheese popcorn but now it’s time for
some sweet popcorn.
Recipe for Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients
(1) Butter- 1 cup
(2) Brown Sugar- 2 cups
(3) Salt- 1 teaspoon
(4) Vanilla Essence- 1 teaspoon
(5) Corn Syrup- ½ cup
(6) Baking Soda- ½ teaspoon

Method
(1) Preheat
the oven to 280°C and place the popcorn inside it in a bowl or you can use
ready made popcorn from stores.
(2) Heat the
pan, melt butter in it, then add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt and mix well
till it boil and then leave it in medium heat for 5 minutes. Then remove it
from heat and then add baking soda and vanilla essence.
(3) Pour the
mixture over the popcorn and then bake it again for 1 hour, stirring every 20
minutes and then cool it (don’t let it break into pieces).
Your Caramel
