Chicken Pakora are usually served as snacks and appetizers, its crunchy outside and juicy inside.

Chicken Pakora

Recipe for Chicken Pakora


(1) Boneless Chicken Pieces- 500 grams
(2) Oil- 2 tablespoons
(3) Ground Cumin- 1 teaspoon
(4) Salt to taste
(5) Chillies (chopped) - 2-3 pieces
(6) Onion (chopped) - 1
(7) Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
(8) Vinegar- 2 teaspoons
(9) Curd- 1 cup
(10) Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon


(1) Put everything but chicken and batter in blender and blend till fine, marinate the chicken pieces with the resulting mixture. Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes.

(2) Put chicken in batter and mix it nicely.

(3) Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown Condiments

Your pakoras is ready, serve it with Tomato Sauce.
