You all will be familiar with Chinese chicken soups. The all taste in similar manner. Try this, the Indian Chicken Soup. No soup has ever been this creamy.

Chicken Soup

Recipe for Indian Chicken Soup


(1) Chicken bones- 500 grams
(2) Water- 1 liter
(3) Butter- 1 tablespoon
(4) Jeera (cumin) - 1/2 teaspoon
(5) Maida (flour) - 1 & 1/2 tablepoon
(6) Chicken pieces- 100 grams
(7) Chopped garlic- 1 tablespoon
(8) Cooking oil- 1 tablespoon
(9) White chili powder to taste
(10) Salt to taste


(1) Clean the chicken bones and wash them.

(2) Clean the chicken, wash it and cut it into small pieces.

(3) Put the chicken bones in a cooking vessel. Add 1 liter water and chopped garlic in it. Cook it till the water evaporates and only 600 ml. of it is left of 1 liter. Strain it and keep aside the Chicken Stock.

(4) Fry the chicken in butter until it gets hot.

(5) Heat the cooking oil, add Jeera (cumin) and Maida (flour) and cook it for one minute while continuously mixing it. Now add Chicken Stock, chicken, white chili powder and salt.

(6) Cook it for some minutes.
