Here is one recipe of Indian ice-cream called Kulfi. India is also famous for his dry fruits other than spices. And an ice cream i mean Kulfi of Indian dry fruits flavor is just words can’t explain except your drooling face.

Kesar Badam Kulfi


Recipe for Kesar Badam Kulfi

Ingredients                        

(1) Milk- 3 liters
(2) Roasted almonds- 20
(3) Sugar- 1 cup
(4) Elaichi(Cardamom) powder- 1 teaspoon
(5) Kesar (saffron) - 1 teaspoon

Method

(1) Boil the milk in a sauce pan. Keep mixing until only 1 liter (5 cups) is left.

(2) Add Kesar (saffron) in hot milk and put it in the lessened milk in the above step. Cut the roasted almonds and mix it in milk. Add Cardamom powder and mix again.

(3) Put the mould in an air tight container and allow it to freeze in the refrigerator.

Your Indian Kesar Badam Kulfi is ready. It’s certainly one of the best ice-cream flavor and do remember us while eating it.
