This is not a sweet Lassi but spicy version of it, very nutritious and good for health.

Chilli Jeera Lassi




Recipe for Chilli Jeera Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

(1) Curd- 1 cup
(2) Cream- ¾ cup
(3) Crushed Ice- 1 cup
(4) Salt- ½ teaspoon
(5) Cumin (jeera) Powder- 1 teaspoon
(6) Chilli- 2 

Method

(1) In a blender or in a jug, add curd, cream and crushed ice and blend or mix them nicely (I prefer blending for more smoothness).

(2) Then add salt, chopped Chillies and cumin into it and mix well.

(3) Then strain the Lassi with muslin cloth.

Your Chilli Jeera Lassi is ready! Serve chilled.
