Vegetable Stock


Recipe for Vegetable Stock

Ingredients (1 liter)

(1) Sliced Onion- 50 grams
(2) Carrot- 70 grams
(3) Peppercorns- 2
(4) Parsley- 4 grams
(5) Leek- 6 grams
(6) Thyme- ½ sprig
(7) Water- 1.25 liters

Method

(1) Pour water on the saucepan.


(2) Put carrot, leek, peppercorns and onion after 1 minute.


(3) Put parsley and thyme.


(4) Simmer it for 20-25 minutes.

Now you’re done with veggie stock!
