Chocolate Cream is used as fillings in cakes, muffins, ice cream and many more.
Recipe for Chocolate Cream
(1) Whipped Cream- 250 ml
(2) Icing Sugar- 30 grams
(3) Cocoa Powder- 100 grams
(4) Milk- 120 ml
Mix cream, sugar and Cocoa powder, milk and whisk it nicely till it gets smooth, avoid lumps if occurs, add milk little by little when mixing it.
