- Potato Brinjal Fry

This is one of the spicy deep fry dish also known as Sukha/Dry Aloo-Baingan fry in India, this is Middle-East based dish.
Ingredients
(1) Potato- 150 grams
(2) Gram flour- 100 grams
(3) Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
(4) Salt to taste
(5) Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon
(6) Chili powder- 1 teaspoon
(7) Brinjal- 250 grams
(8) Vegetable oil- 100 ml or more
Method
(1) Peel the potatoes and then cut the potatoes and brinjal in round shape and wash it.
(2) Put potatoes and brinjal in the big bowl then add salt, turmeric, chili powder, garlic paste and gram flour and add water little by little to make it paste and mix all together so that the paste can hold the potatoes and brinjal pieces.
(3) Then marinate it for 10 minutes.
(4) Then heat khadai and put 100 ml oil or more for deep fry, then deep fry the potato and brinjal pieces.
(5) That’s all potato-brinjal fry is ready to be served, it serves 5 to 6 persons.
