One of the most easiest dish in Indian Cuisine, It takes less times and doesn't require much effort so there is no problem even If you are newbie in cooking.

Aloo/Potato Fry


Recipe for Aloo fry

Ingredients

(1) Potato- 
(2) Onion- 1
(3) Chili- 
(4) Oil- 1 tablespoon
(5) Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
(6) Salt- to taste

Method

(1) Peel the potatoes and slice it into small pieces, chop the onion and chilies.

(2) Heat the khadai/pan and add oil in it, then add potatoes and cook for 5 minute, then add onion and chilis, add salt and turmeric powder and cook it for 8-10 minutes or more till the potatoes gets brown in color.

Aloo fry is ready!
