Let’s learn
to make Maida. It can be placed with various dishes and can be used to make
rolls, stuffed parathas and many more. This is not meant for daily meals because its not healthy as wheat parathas.
Recipe for Maida Parathas
Ingredients
(1) Flour- 2
cups
(2) Water as
required
(3) Salt to
taste
(4) Oil- 1
tablespoon
(5) Soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Method
(1) In a
bowl put flour, soda and add salt in and mix nicely.
(2) Then add
water little by little and kneed it to make nice dough like this;
(3) When dough is ready make small balls of the dough and laminate it into round shapes, you can do that with this equipment;
(4) Then heat
the flat pan and cook the paratha in low fire (cook both the sides by flipping
it in between) when its cooked brush oil with a spoon on both the sides ans
cook for few seconds. Do same with other parathas too.
Your
Parathas are ready!
