This is very nutritious drink for body building and better growth.

Egg Shake


Recipe for Egg Shake

Ingredients                    

(1) Egg- 3
(2) Sugar- 1 tablespoon
(3) Milk- 1 cup
(4) Strawberry for garnish
(5) Water- ¾ cup  

 Method

(1) In a bowl beat eggs with sugar nicely, then add milk and water and mix well.

(2) Beat the shake vigorously until gets smooth and blended.

Serve chill with strawberries!
