The word salsa entered the English
language from the Spanish salsa (sauce), which itself derives from
the Latin salsa (salty), from sal (salt). Mango salsa is a
spicy and sweet sauce made from pineapples, used as an alternate of Pineapple
salsa.
Recipe for Mango Salsa
Ingredients
(1) Mango (peeled and diced) -
1
(2) Avocado (peeled and diced) - 1
(3) Tomatoes (peeled and diced) - 1
(4) Jalapeno (diced without seeds) - 1
(5) Cilantro (chopped) - ½ cup
(6) Onion (diced) - ¼ cup
(7) Garlic clove (diced) - 1

(8) Olive oil- 1 ½ tablespoons
(9) Lime juice- 2 tablespoon

Method
(1) In a large bowl, combine the first set of
ingredients.
(2) Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Stir
to combine.
(3) Season with salt and pepper.
Your Mango Salsa is ready! Serve with chips!
