the right recipe for you.
Recipe for Chicken Kebab
Ingredients
(1) Chicken
boneless pieces- 350 grams
(2) Ginger-garlic
paste- 1 tablespoons
(3) Oil-
2 tablespoons
(4) Chopped
garlic- ½ teaspoon
(5) Chopped
ginger- ½ teaspoon
(6) Chopped
green chillies- ½ teaspoon
(7) Besan
(gram flour) - 1 teaspoon
(8) Yellow
chilli powder- ½ teaspoon
(9) Turmeric
powder- ¼ teaspoon
(10) Milk-
100 ml
(11) Hung
curd- 2 ½ tablespoons
(12) Elaichi
powder- ¼ teaspoon
(13) Kasoori
methi- ½ teaspoon
(14) Lemon
juice- ½ teaspoon
(15) Salt
to taste
(16) Beaten
egg- 1
(17) Chopped
cashew nuts- 1 ½ tablespoons
(18) Chopped
coriander- ½ teaspoons
(19) Saffron
dissolved in water- 2 teaspoons
(20) Butter,
melted – 1 tablespoons
(21) Chat
masala- 1 ½ teaspoons
Method
(1) Marinate chicken pieces with ginger- garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes and keep aside, then in a pan take 2 tablespoons oil and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies, cook for a minute and add 1 tablespoons besan and cook till besan is cooked.
(2) Now add yellow chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook and add 100 ml milk and mix nicely. Remove from fire and transfer it to a bowl.
(3) To this add hung curd, cardamom powder,
kasoori methi, lemon juice and salt. Add marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
(4) Skewer the chicken pieces closely and shape with hands. Cook in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and increase the temperature of oven.
(5) Beat egg with saffron; add chopped nuts & coriander and mix. Coat this egg mixture on cooked chicken skewers, put the skewers once again in the oven for colouring and cook until egg is cooked.
(4) Skewer the chicken pieces closely and shape with hands. Cook in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and increase the temperature of oven.
(5) Beat egg with saffron; add chopped nuts & coriander and mix. Coat this egg mixture on cooked chicken skewers, put the skewers once again in the oven for colouring and cook until egg is cooked.

You can put butter over the kebabs and sprinkle
chat masala over it for better taste.
