Now it’s time to stop buying readymade sauce
which contain adulterants and can save money also. Easy to make green chilli
sauce at home.
Recipe for
Green Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
(1) Green
Chillies (sliced) - 20 pieces
(2) Oil-
1 teaspoon
(3) Garlic
(crushed) - 4 cloves
(4) Onion
(minced) - 1/2
(5) Salt
as required
(6) Vinegar-
240 ml
(7) Water-
500 ml
Method
(1) In a sauce pan, heat oil, then add
chillies, garlic, onion and salt and cook for 5 minutes then add water and cook
for 25 minutes, stirring nicely and then keep it aside and allow it to cool.
(2) Then mix the mixture in blender until gets
smooth and then add vinegar and mix it nicely.
Your Sauce is ready and can be used up to 6
months in a sealed container.
