- Blueberry Quinoa Idli

This is the sweet version of Indian breakfast with the flavour of blueberry.
Recipe for Blueberry Quinoa Idli
Ingredients
(1) Bhog rice- 500 grams
(2) Urad dal- 250 grams
(3) Sugar- 50 grams
(4) Blueberry- 100 grams
(5) Quinoa seeds- 100 grams
(6) Water as required
Method
(1) Soak rice and dal in two different bowls for 1 hours (water amount= double amount of rice/dal).
(2) Then drain them and then make paste of it with the help of grinder and mix them together.
(3) Add chopped blueberry, sugar and quinoa, mix it nicely and leave the mixture for fermentation for 4 hours.
(4) Then steam the mixture in idli steamer for 8 to 10 minutes till it gets smooth and fluffy.
